چکیده

Metal cutting fluids (MCFs) have played a principal role as coolants and lubricants in the machining industry. However, wide use of mineral-based oil MCFs has contributed to an adverse effect on humans environment. Thus, overcome effects MCFs, eco-friendly vegetable oil, which is non-edible been implemented issues related edible such manufacturing costs food shortages. This study investigated performance three different types namely castor, neem, rice bran oils drilling Inconel 718 using coated titanium aluminum nitride (TiAlN) carbide drill towards tool life, wear, surface integrity, dimensional accuracy, chip thickness. The were under minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) condition at 50 mL/h flow rate speeds (10, 20 m/min) constant feed (0.015 mm/rev). results showed that castor minimizes rapid growth wear prolongs life by 50% 10 m/min compared oil. At m/min, obtained lowest values average roughness (1.455 µm) thickness (0.220 mm). It was also found did not contribute any significant trend hole diameter roundness for all MCFs. outstanding proved potential alternative MCF cleaner Castor determined be optimum terms roughness,

Determination of Metal Contents in Edible Vegetable Oils Produced in Iran Using Microwave-assisted Acid Digestion

The concentration of heavy metals in vegetable oils is an important criterion for the assessment of oil qualities with regard to freshness, keeping properties, storage and their influence on human nutrition and health. Trace heavy metals in vegetable oils are known to have an effect on the rate of oil oxidation. In this work, the contents of lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), nickel (Ni), manganese (Mn),...
